Welcome back to all the loyal Her Authentic Self Podcast listeners. This episode is an emotional one for me because of the vulnerability needed to share my personal struggle with living an anxiety filled life. I pray this episode helps women release shame and guilt when it comes to their mental health journey. I also hope this episode serves as a reminder to all the independent anxious girlies, that they can not do life on their own.
Listen as I share the awakening I needed to realized that I am not the controller of all things, nor can I always solve my own struggles. For all the moments that I can not control, and the anxiety filled situations that I can not run from, God will provide the peace and lifted burden that I need to remove anxiety from my heart.
